02402 — E2024#

This guideline is for students attending course 02402 in the E2024 year.
First you should install Miniforge by following our regular installations here. This will also install Visual Studio Code and the default packages for this years polytechnical foundation courses. These can co-exist, so do not worry about that.
Once you have a functional Miniforge installation, you should create a new environment that hosts the packages for this course:
conda create --name E02402 python=3.11
conda activate E02402
conda intsall dtumathtools pandas scipy statsmodels uncertainties -y
This will install all required packages into the environment named E02402. And everytime you need to use the packages compatible for this course, you have to activate it. For more information on environments, please see here.
